YOUR ROLE: Understanding the technical and business requirements of both the new Branch Teller System and existing interfacing systems.Develop and execute a comprehensive integration plan with existing interfacing systems.Manage and coordinate the overall integration workstream, monitoring the progress, and regularly liaising with internal and external stakeholders (e.g. Software & System Integration vendors, owners of interfacing systems, etc.).Identify risks and issues, surface them to the program leadership and work with stakeholders to identify and execute mitigation actions.Regularly update key stakeholders on the progress, risks, issues, etc.YOUR PROFILE: 10+ years' relevant experience.Must have experience leading Integration workstreams in large scale IT/ Technology implementations in banking sector (highly prefer experience with Core Banking projects such as Temenos, Finacle or Branch Banking Systems).Must have experience with both API based and file-based integrations.Must have experience in Philippines market or Asia.Strong leadership skills and experience managing cross-functional teams.Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.When you join Capgemini, you don't just start a new job.
