As the business expands, we seek to hire **Integration Assistants** to join our growing company.
The successful hire will perform semi-complex administrative support work, that involves disseminating information, and maintaining electronic filing systems.
He/she will also perform administrative support work under general supervision with a moderate ability to initiate and maintain independent judgment.
**Responsibilities**:
- Interface with agency sellers, sales & operations teams, and vendors to facilitate the transfer of vendor contracts/relationships
- Ensure licensing for legacy agency management systems and raters is effectively reduced post-integration
- Assistant with various tasks related to the due diligence for upcoming transactions
- Maintain contact lists
- Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports
- Maintain an electronic filing system
- Support Specialty teams as necessary with administrative tasks
- Provide information by answering questions and requests
- Research
- Generate reports
- Handle multiple projects
- Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
- Carry out administrative duties such as filing, correspondence, general inquiries, and support
- Handle sensitive information in a confidential manner
- Develop and update administrative systems to make them more efficient
- Responds to and resolves administrative inquiries and questions
- Performs a variety of marginal duties not listed, to be determined and assigned as needed
**Qualifications**:
- At least 3 years of admin or assistant experience
- Highly Proficient in MS Office 365
- Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
- Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational and planning skills
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
- Robust Excel experience
- Ability to work as part of a team
- Effective communicator with excellent verbal and written communication
*This is going to be on-site work.

**Salary**: Php15,000.00 - Php23,500.00 per month
