**Working Arrangement**

Job Responsibilities:
Understand the end to end procurement process as well as integration points to ensure business requests are addressed efficiently by each team and bottlenecks are avoided.
Actively monitors GPO Intake Tool and GPO mailboxes to ensure business needs were accurately captured from start to finish.
Assess complexity and risk level of the project/request submitted to the intake tool and decide right procurement process for the need and WHO to involve.
Fill up exception form to the process and obtain necessary approval if needed.
Provide high level business engagement and a keen understanding on when to escalate po tential issues and concerns.
Ensure company compliance policies/standards/business procedures/documentation requirements are adhered to.
Provide support, guidance and necessary training to stake holders to ensure each task in the intake tool process will be completed.
Look for appropriate vendor in VMF (approved vendor)
Utilize and manage other systems and tools used during the procurement process.
Ensure effective written communication with vendor / Business Units and Strategic Sourcing Staff during the procurement process
Implementation of project management related tools to ensure tasks are completed on schedule by appropriate team.
Create/obtain Reports for distribution for/to team during project engagements;
Create and update database files to establish quick references
Run scheduled and unscheduled reports for internal stakeholders
Other assignments as required.
**Qualifications**:
Graduate of any 4-year business course, preferably in Business, Finance or Management Information Systems
Background in Procurement is an advantage.
Highly engaged with s trong interpersonal skills and service-oriented attitude to stakeholders and customers
Strong multitasking skills with an aptitude to make the right decision on competing priorities and deadlines
Excellent communication (written and spoken) and problem-solving capability
Attentive to details and quality, well-organized, innovative and result driven
Self-starter with high level of initiative
Exercises good judgment, highly analytical
Operates in a professional and ethical manner with customers and vendors
Strong PC skills and proficiency with MS excel, Word, Access
Internal Eligibility requirements:
At least one (1) year tenure in current role
Must have consistently met job expectations and pass all performance metrics in the current unit for the last six months
Should not have any attendance issues or any disciplinary action within the last year
