Job Description
Our focus is on HVAC systems in existing buildings. We troubleshoot, repair, and upgrade these systems and provide project management and owner's representative services. We apply engineering theory in a hands-on manner to provide unique value to our clients
Qualifications5-10 years of experience in a Mechanical Engineering design roleMust have experience in Imperial Unit MeasurementExperience in US projects (US Building Codes)Great communication and English writing skillsStrong experience designing various types of HVAC systems including:Ducted systems - RTUs, splits, exhaust, ERVsVRF systems - ducted and ductlessCommercial hot water and steam boiler systems o Plumbing - DWVHard Skills Ductwork sizing and layoutRefrigerant pipe sizing and layoutHVAC Load calculations and equipment sizingAir distribution designExpert AutoCad 2DMicrosoft Excel - expertData analysisSoft Skills Ability to work independently with a small team.Ability to work on multiple different types of projectsWillingness to learn - be trained in new types of HVAC systems etc.Additional InformationWork Schedule (US Client) Monday to Friday 4PM-1AM Manila Time (Flexible)Work Setup (Permanent Homebased) Candidates are expected to have a personal device/equipment at home.Candidate's are also expected to have a stable/reliable internet connection at home of at least 20MBPS for "BOTH" download and upload speed.
