JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
• Graduate of any 4-year course.
• Preferably residing in Manila.
• With at least 1 year significant experience particularly in processing of licenses/permits.
• Excellent written and verbal in English communication skills is a MUST
• Strong time-management and multitasking abilities.
• Computer literate.
• Knowledgeable in Maritime Industry is a plus.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Attending meeting for accreditation of Vessels/Ships of the company.
• Checking and preparing needed requirements for license/accreditation.
• Maintain polite and professional communication with the company heads.
• Handling office tasks, such as filing, generating reports and presentations, setting up for meetings.
