We are looking for a motivated and experienced Insurance Team Leader to oversee and guide our insurance team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving insurance sales, managing client relationships, and ensuring smooth operations. Key Responsibilities: Work with Finance Account Officers to identify and assess insurance needs for current clients.Help the team meet targets, including premium sales, commissions, profits, and client engagement.Drive insurance sales by implementing business development and marketing programs.Manage the insurance process from quotes and placements to client service and account administration.Ensure smooth execution of insurance transactions with efficient and accurate processes.Deliver excellent client service to meet needs and ensure satisfaction throughout the insurance process.Ensure all company risks are properly covered, following company policies and industry standards.Monitor account performance and look for ways to improve efficiency, profitability, and client retention.Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in any related field.5 years of experience working in a non-life insurance company, brokerage, or agency.3 years of experience in a supervisory role.Familiarity with AUTO Insurance or HMO is a plus.Must be willing to work full-time on-site in BGC, Taguig.
