Insurance Sales Leader - Cagayan De Oro

A growing insurance company offering a wide range of products including motor, property, and personal accident insurance is looking for a Sales Leader/Manager (CDO).

Responsibilities: As a Sales Leader (Bancassurance, Agency, Brokers, and Other Distribution Channels), you will be responsible for overseeing the branch office's efficient and effective operation.You will play a crucial role in managing the branch's day-to-day activitiesEnsuring customer satisfactionAchieving business objectivesThis role requires strong leadership, excellent communication skills, and a deep understanding of the organization's products, services, and goals. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related fieldAt least 3 years experience in a supervisory role preferably in Branch ManagementAt least 3 years experience in People ManagementMust have experience in Non-Life and Life InsuranceStrong understanding of the industry, products, and services offered by the organization.
