Instrumentman/Surveyor

**DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Establishment of the property boundary using survey instruments before the start of the construction based from relocation survey
- Establishment of horizontal and vertical control points within the project area;
- Perform survey computation, both manual and computerized;
- Conduct as-built, settings and other layout surveys
- Ensure the implementation of the quality plans and objectives of the project
- Perform tasks in accordance with the processes defined in the company's standards.
- Records results of surveys including the shape, location, contour, elevation and dimension of land or land features.
- Ensures that all survey measurements and estimations are accurate and correct to avoid any inconsistencies in the construction of housing units.
- Delegates responsibilities to subordinates according to their skill sets and experience to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
- Coordinates data findings and results with Project Engineer - Housing and Project Engineer - Land Development.
- Coordinates and communicates with Project Manager and Project In-charge to provide assistance and technical support.
- Attends daily safety toolbox meetings to provide updates on projects handled and other related safety and administrative concerns.
**Key Qualifications**:

- A Graduate of **Geodetic Engineering or Civil Engineering**:

- Knowledgeable in different Surveying Methods and instruments (Theodolite, GPS, Total Station)
- Computer Literate and familiarity with MS Office App, AutoCad, Global Positioning System (GPS), and other software and system related to engineering
- At least 3 years experience in related field.
Schedule:

- 8 hour shift

- Quezon: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
