This position will utilize consistent processes to develop materials and events that deliver exceptional learning experiences for employees. This role will be designing engaging and interactive training for various delivery methods, including instructor-led, self-study and web-based curriculum. Qualifications: At least 2 years in college 4 years of relevant experience Experience in eLearning tools such as Articulate or Captivate Knowledge of Adobe creative suite – Photoshop, Illustrator, PremierPro Perks: Hybrid Work Setup Competitive Salary 15% night differential HMO on day 1 plus 1 dependent; Additional 2 HMO dependents upon regularization Group life insurance PTO Credits Annual Appraisal Annual Performance Bonus Job Duties and Responsibilities: Knowledge of adult learning theory and key instructional design methodologies, creating learning solutions using the A.D.D.I.E. model Strong conceptual thinking: the ability to take raw content and create a curriculum that supports delivering an engaging learning experience. Ability to collaborate to develop project goals, training objectives, and measurements by analyzing needs and proposing multiple solutions. Creative, flexible , and innovative team player; ability to work effectively within an environment with constantly changing priorities. Experience working in a BPO environment. Strong organizational, problem-solving, and analytical skills with a demonstrated history of managing priorities, workflow, and multiple projects simultaneously. Excellent oral and written communication skills with the demonstrated ability to make successful presentations to individuals/groups at all levels within the organization; Experience in facilitating face-to-face or online training. Consults and interacts with subject matter experts and clients to assess training needs and develop business relationships to drive corporate and individual performance. Experience designing written training curriculum or producing high-caliber technical writing in a creative, team-oriented environment; sample of work required. Experience using eLearning authoring tools (such as Articulate or Captivate) is desirable; if not currently applicable, the career path requires willingness and aptitude to upgrade technical skills.
