We are looking for a passionate Instructional Designer.

The Designer, Instructional position plays a crucial role in enhancing our training programs. The Instructional Designer will work collaboratively with subject matter experts, trainers, and team members to design and develop engaging and effective learning materials that align with our business objectives.

Are you the perfect fit for the role? You must have the follwoing:

Technological Proficiency: Proficiency with eLearning authoring tools (e.g., Articulate Rise and Storyline 360), learning management systems, and multimedia software. Knowledge of Zoom and Microsoft Office products including Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, and Teams required.Knowledge of SharePoint, Smartsheet, Canva, Vyond, Camtasia, and Microsoft Clipchamp preferred.
Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey complex concepts in a clear and concise manner.
A bachelor's degree in Instructional Design, Education, or a related field is preferred.
Two (2) to four (4) years demonstrated work experience in instructional design, curriculum development, and training program creation with a solid grasp of adult learning theory.
