Schedule: Night Shift
Setup: Hybrid

Primary Responsibilities

-- Seamlessly align with strategic objectives to meet learning needs.
-- Design and develop effective instructor-led and self-paced learning content.
-- Collaborate with peers to evaluate and enhance learning content quality.
-- Utilize various platforms and tools (e.g., Articulate 360) for skill-based content development.
-- Partner with peers to create comprehensive learning solutions for both new and existing employees.
-- Responsively implement feedback from senior team members while managing multiple priorities.
-- Track task progress accurately within project work plans in a timely manner.
-- Communicate effectively with customers, peers, and leadership.

Required Qualifications

-- 4+ years of experience designing and developing learning content in a corporate environment.
-- 4+ years of experience using Microsoft Office suite applications and tools.
-- 2+ years of experience with Articulate 360 suite applications and tools.
-- Proficiency in managing learning content through a Learning Management System (LMS).
-- Strong visual design skills for high-quality learning content.
-- Effective communication, critical thinking, and problem-solving abilities.
-- Excellent time management skills with the ability to balance multiple priorities.
-- Proficient in English, with strong written and verbal communication.
-- Ability to integrate creative design with strong attention to detail.
-- Willingness to work in a hybrid model, with at least two in-office days per week.
