Institutional Sales Supervisor

JOB SUMMARY:
The Institutional Sales Supervisor is responsible for handling transactions in line with industrial and institutional accounts.
Main responsibilities include scout for possible institutional clients, develop marketing plans and programs, identifies and resolve customer needs and concerns and maintain good business relationships to ensure the satisfaction of institutional accounts customers.
JOB DESCRIPTION:

- Maintain a good relationship with current institutional accounts and scout potential institutional accounts.
- Interacts with institutional customers routinely to update on the ongoing and upcoming promotions.
- Interacts with institutional customers and builds a relationship while ensuring their needs are met.
- Mastermind creative ways to deliver an exceptional client experience.
- Develop marketing plans and programs for the institutional accounts and oversee the implementation.
- Resolve complex client problems or disputes in a professional manner.
- Keep records and documentation of client interactions for future promotional programs.
- Participates and attends in all private and government bidding activities.
JOB SPECIFICATIONS:

- At least 1-year of experience in handling institutional accounts.
- Proven experience in a leadership role
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to anticipate the needs of the customers.
- Must demonstrate strong analytical thinking skills, innovative and creative thinking skills.
Schedule:

- 8 hour shift

Supplemental Pay:

- 13th month salary
