We are seeking a skilled Installation Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and repair of equipment and systems according to company standards and client specifications. You will ensure that all installations are completed efficiently, safely, and to the highest quality standards.
Responsibilities:
Install and configure equipment and systems at client sites according to technical specifications and company guidelines.
Conduct on-site assessments and pre-installation inspections to ensure site readiness and compliance with requirements.
Perform system testing and troubleshooting to ensure proper functionality and performance.
Provide technical support and guidance to clients during and after the installation process.
Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and other team members to plan and execute installations.
Maintain accurate records of installation activities, including equipment used, time spent, and any issues encountered.
Ensure all installations are carried out in compliance with safety regulations and industry standards.
Train clients on the proper use and maintenance of installed equipment and systems.
Address and resolve any post-installation issues or service requests promptly.
Requirements:
Proven experience as an Installation Engineer or in a similar role.
Strong technical knowledge of equipment and systems relevant to the industry.
Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot technical issues.
Good understanding of safety standards and regulations related to installations.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with clients and team members.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple installation projects simultaneously.
Willingness to travel to various installation sites as required.
Preferred:
Certification or training in specific installation technologies or systems.
Experience with a particular type of equipment or industry sector (e.g., HVAC, telecommunications, industrial machinery).
