The Role: Inside Service Sales Associate •Prepare and distribute sales leads •Send e-mail notifications to the internal and/or external customers for 1-phase opportunities. •Oversee process for service requests making sure they are created and communicated to partner and customer. •Identify duplicate accounts and opportunities in bFS and work with team to clean data. •Execute all V2/KAM Inside Service Sales Representatives' internal administrative requests, these can include, but are not limited to: Creating quotes for 1-phase units Building master agreements Data cleansing Account/Asset registration/revisions Entitlement / Asset information report pull Service/Warranty Certificate International Credit Claims (ICC) Direct Account Request Credit Merchandise Authorization (CMA) Regional Sales Budget (RSB) requests Customer invoicing requirements MVS pricing request • Provide other duties as assigned by NAM Inside Service Sales Manager and Manager of Philippines Service Sales Team. Qualifications Who would be successful? (Fill in - what are the qualifications for this role) • Bachelor's degree of any 4-year course • Prior sales or customer service experience is a plus • Basic knowledge of Schneider Electric portfolio, strong customer relations in Manufacturing segment will be a plus • Excellent English communication & interaction skills • Prior experience in Services and recurring maintenance contracts will be a key differentiator • Be digital savvy and knowledge of MS Office applications Why us?
