Minimum of 2 years of experience in a Sales Support Executive or similar role. Experience with Autotask PSA or other Professional Services Automation tools Familiarity with IT products and services, including laptops, desktops, and Surface Pro devices Demonstrated customer service skills Ability to show understanding and patience in communicating with Clients and other staff members. Demonstrated highly effective verbal, written and interpersonal communication and customer service skills Proficient use of computer applications, including Microsoft Office. What will you do? Run Book Quotes Management an dDelivery- Prepare and manage quotes for standard laptop, desktop, and Surface Pro devices. Licensing and Warranty Renewals- Track and manage software licensing and warranty renewal schedules. Coordinate with vendors to ensure timely renewals and procurement of licenses Client Contracts Management- Ensure contracts are compliant with company policies and client requirements. Sales Support- Assist the sales team with administrative tasks and customer inquiries and provide product information, pricing, and availability to clients and the sales team Customer Experience- Respond to and resolve issues and escalations with patience, respect, and professionalism. Operational style, integrity and ethics- Sharing knowledge and information to improve business processes and enhance client relationships. High attention to detail is a must.
