PERMANENT WORK FROM HOMEPOSITION: INSIDE SALES REPRESENTATIVE20k-28kDayshiftSat/Sun Rest dayPerformance IncentivesOpportunity to go to Australia for trainingJOB DESCRIPTION:- management of the sales and quotes inbox and is responsible for creating quotes and management quote requests.- Adding and updating customers, contacts, and opportunity details- Request or create vendor quotes for the customer- Manages and creates renewal requests and quotes- Creates monthly sales and lead forecast reports- Responsible for billing invoices- Tracks order shipments until completion and supports customer service functions.- Review pending orders and specific customer requests to ensure excellent customer service and customer experienceQUALIFICATIONS:- Experience with Sugar CRM is an advantage- Experience in the IT Channel industry- 6 months - 1 year of CSR experience.- Good verbal and written communications skills- Good navigation and multi-tasking skills- Experience with Microsoft Office**Salary**: Php18,000.00 - Php28,000.00 per month**Benefits**:- Work from homeSchedule:- 8 hour shift- Day shift- Monday to FridaySupplemental Pay:- 13th month salary- Overtime payAbility to commute/relocate:- Quezon City: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)
