Position Title: Inside Sales Representative
Salary: 35,000 - 45,000 PHP a month
Reports To: Partner, Partner Advisor
Primary Relationships: Partner Team Date: June 2024 Schedule: 10:00 PM - 7:00 AM PHT

Summary: The company is a leading supplier to the promotional products industry. We are currently seeking an energetic and passionate individual to join our sales team. The Inside Sales Representative will support a designated Account Manager by providing assistance with client communications. Responsibilities:
Work closely with an Account Manager to support their book of business
Manage inbound customer phone calls and emails
Create quotes and art mockup requests in Netsuite
Work collaboratively with our Customer Experience, Production and Purchasing
teams to ensure a seamless customer experience Maintain 1 hour response time in a high volume email queue
Understand all product lines, production processes, and timelines
Qualifications: Positive attitude and a team player
Personal commitment to remarkable customer service and time management
Ability to multitask while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail
Excellent oral and written communication skills
1-2 yrs inside sales experience in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
Knowledge of Google Business Products (G-Mail, Google Docs), Cloud Storage
systems (Box.net), Microsoft Office Suite, CRM systems Promotional Product Industry experience is a plus
