WHAT IS AN INSIDE SALES REPRESENTATIVE Our awesome client, a leading company based in Australia is looking for an Inside Sales Representative to be part of their team.
WHAT WILL BE YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES KEY RESPONSIBILITIES & DUTIES
Take ownership of the lead management process fordigital acquisition sales, including:
Nurturing leads until they Signup (conversion)
Support new accounts during trial, so they experience the most value out of the platform, driving purchase (activation)
Routingenterprise sales leadsto the appropriate commercial manager for nurturing and closure.
**Outbound lead generation**:
Mining internal and external industry registers, Google, LinkedIn and the like for sales prospects.
Researching target markets and customers, identifying key players and industry trends.
**Inbound follow up**:
Responding to sales enquiries via the website, making contact with leads and qualifying prospects.
Following up warm leads from users who have performed an action on the website such as downloading content, requesting a demo, utilising live chat or attending a webinar.
**General**:
Management and ownership of CRM and EDM database with attention to timely entry and high accuracy of record keeping.
Updating records in CRM, data cleaning, and acting as the CRM administrator.
Assistance in ensuring compliance with data privacy laws, particularly with conducting privacy washing against the DNC register.

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE
At least 3 years previous experience in a similar role or performing similar functions is required.
Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word, as well as extensive experience with CRM tools such as HubSpot is required.
Expertise working with databases is required.
Above Average typing skills with high level of accuracy is required.
