Inside Sales For Tour Operation

Job Description

* Sell tour packages, particularly in Asia (Japan, China, Vietnam).
* Manage inbound and outbound calls and inquiries from travel agents with professionalism and efficiency.
* Assist travel agents throughout the entire tour operation process.
* Oversee accounts, handle documentation and payment processing.
* Issue and reissue travel documents as needed, ensuring all information are correct and up to date.
* Prepare reports.
* Log and update Salesforce records to maintain accurate client and transaction information.
* Undertake additional tasks and special projects as assigned to support the team and enhance operations.

Job Qualifications

* Completed Studies in Tourism or any Business-related courses.
* 3-5 years of experience in Travel Industry preferably in Tour Operation.
* Management-level experience in selling tours.
* Train and coach team members, fostering a collaborative and supportive environment.
* Has an attention to detail and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
* Strong work ethic and self-motivated.
* Develop and manage processes that align with client expectations.
* Strong communication skills with an excellent command of written and spoken English.
* Proficient in MS Office, Outlook, and CRM tools.
*Willingness to work Night Shifts.
