Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Medical Coder to review patient charts and documents, assigning appropriate codes to diagnoses and procedures using ICD and CPT codes.

Key Responsibilities: Review patient charts and medical documents.Assign accurate ICD (International Classification of Diseases) codes to diagnoses.Assign CPT (Current Procedural Terminology) codes to procedures.
