Overall MAL Site & DEV Advanced Package Technologies (APT) Innovation Management in-charge person. Key objectives should include facilitation of all the Innovation activities in the MAL site, cultivate the right innovation mindset & awareness within Mal site and budget planning & control for MAL innovation activities.In your new role you will:Be the overall MAL Site Patent coordinator, which includes the Plan-Do-Check-Act (PDCA) cycle of patent submission processes in MAL.Responsible for all accepted IPs by MAL site, partner with HQ patent officer & attorney for the necessary proceedings until the successful Patent filing.Be the facilitator & key events organizer for MAL innovation initiatives. Key events should include but not limited to Innovation Day , APTS, TLPF, I Community , Technical panel.Be the in-charge person for MAL Innovation TCR budget planning & spending tracking.Facilitate & drive InnoNET initiatives among DEV communities to formulate i-project.Responsible for timely update & management reporting related to Innovation activities' to Site Management Councils.Responsible to manage and track i-Project pipeline in DEV.Responsible to inculcate & define framework to cultivate Process Innovation among DEV communities.Responsible to connect & strengthen the collaboration with strategic partners (Universities & Suppliers).You are best equipped for this task if you have:Master's / Bachelor's Degree in Electrical & Electronic Engineering / Material Science with more than 6 years relevant industry experience, and ideally with semiconductor exposure.At least 7 years of relevant working experience.
