Injection Technician

*Responsible for all aspects of the injection molding process including but not limited to, setup and teardown, trouble shooting of equipment maintenance and work flow.
*Managing raw molding materials in a way that ensures traceability and prevents contamination.
*Check and Review correct materials specification as specified in the drawing prior performing the trial and evaluation.
*Conducts evaluation /trial for introduction feasibility in mass production

*Establish ideal machine parameter setting for new molds / parts

*Perform visual inspection of parts during trial and ensure result is good prior submission to QA for full quality evaluation

*Perform Product analysis and adjust injection parameter and documents changes for records

*Ensure that the standard operating procedure is properly followed and 3Q6S is well maintained at all time

**Qualifications**

*At least Highschool Graduate

*Have Knowledge in MS Office ( PPT, EXCEL)

*With minimum of 2 years experience in same capacity is required (Plastic Injection)

*has the ability to use inspection like caliper, visual, microscope, weighing scale

*Can read product drawing, has interpersonal and communication skills

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
