Injection Supervisor For Computer Chips & Microwire/Binan Laguna

Responsibilities:
Supervise and manage injection molding operations.
Ensure production targets and quality standards are met.
Coordinate with other departments for production schedules.
Train and mentor staff in injection processes.
Implement process improvements and maintain equipment.
Resolve production issues and ensure safety compliance.
Monitor and report on production performance.
Develop and maintain standard operating procedures.

Requirements:
• Graduate of any BS Industrial Technology or any Engineering course.
• With at least 2 years work experience as Supervisor
in a plastic injection company.
Knowledgeable in injection processes, automation,
