JOB REQUIREMENTS:
~Bachelors of IT and Engineering Field
~Proficiency in IBM DB2 Database Administration (PostgreSQL and PostgreSQL Administration)
~Strong understanding of server and network areas.
~At least 2 years' experience in troubleshooting and resolving issues related to database administration.
~Working experience in L1 and L2 troubleshooting.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
~Provide a remote and on-site technical support and maintenance for software products and systems used in development and production.
~Investigate and fix IBM DB2 Database Administration problems to guarantee the database runs well.
~Support and implement technology at the operating system level.
~Work together with cross-functional teams to make that software suppliers and solutions operate efficiently.
~Will perform L1 and L2 troubleshooting for basic and intermediate level issues.
