Responsibilities
Develop and maintain infrastructure security policies and standards
Provide technical leadership, guidance, and direction to the infrastructure teams
Design and Implement infrastructure security controls
Design and provide technical solutions to address reported security weaknesses
Assess infrastructure related change requests
Ensures security tools are optimize
Oversee vulnerability management of bank infrastructure systems
Qualifications: Education:
Minimum of a bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field.
Experience:
Minimum of 3 years of experience in Information Security, Systems Engineering, or related fields, particularly in mid- to large-size companies.
Solid experience in managing and maintaining Active Directory (on-premises and cloud-based such as Azure AD) across large-scale environments.
Hands-on experience with cloud platforms like Azure and AWS, including security, automation, and management.
Familiarity with Docker and OpenShift for containerization and deployment management.
Proficiency in automation tools like Ansible/Ansible Tower and Network Access Control (NAC), along with other orchestrator tools.
In-depth knowledge and experience with security tools including SIEM, Firewalls, Anti-virus, EDR, MDM, Vulnerability Management tools, and managing wired and wireless network switches and routers.
Experience in hardening operating systems and database platforms (e.g., RHEL, Windows, Oracle, PostgreSQL, MongoDB) following security standards such as CIS, NIST, and STIG.
Knowledge of MS Exchange and Office 365 administration, in addition to Active Directory.
Familiarity with Microservices technologies like Kafka and Hazelcast.
Strong understanding of Networking design and secured authentication, including cryptography and hashing algorithms.
