ResponsibilitiesDevelop and maintain infrastructure security policies and standardsProvide technical leadership, guidance, and direction to the infrastructure teamsDesign and Implement infrastructure security controlsDesign and provide technical solutions to address reported security weaknessesAssess infrastructure related change requestsEnsures security tools are optimizeOversee vulnerability management of bank infrastructure systemsQualifications:Education:Minimum of a bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field.Experience:Minimum of 3 years of experience in Information Security, Systems Engineering, or related fields, particularly in mid- to large-size companies.Solid experience in managing and maintaining Active Directory (on-premises and cloud-based such as Azure AD) across large-scale environments.Hands-on experience with cloud platforms like Azure and AWS, including security, automation, and management.Familiarity with Docker and OpenShift for containerization and deployment management.Proficiency in automation tools like Ansible/Ansible Tower and Network Access Control (NAC), along with other orchestrator tools.In-depth knowledge and experience with security tools including SIEM, Firewalls, Anti-virus, EDR, MDM, Vulnerability Management tools, and managing wired and wireless network switches and routers.Experience in hardening operating systems and database platforms (e.g., RHEL, Windows, Oracle, PostgreSQL, MongoDB) following security standards such as CIS, NIST, and STIG.Knowledge of MS Exchange and Office 365 administration, in addition to Active Directory.Familiarity with Microservices technologies like Kafka and Hazelcast.Strong understanding of Networking design and secured authentication, including cryptography and hashing algorithms.Skills:Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to diagnose and resolve security weaknesses in complex infrastructures.Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously in a high-pressure environment.Strong leadership and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across departments and teams.
