Infra Tech Support Practitioner

Location: Cebu, Philippines

Join our team as an Infra Tech Support Practitioner and help ensure the smooth operation of production and development systems.
You'll troubleshoot hardware/software issues, implement OS-level technology, and support server and network areas.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide technical support for production and development systems
Troubleshoot hardware/software issues
Implement OS-level technology across servers and networks
Collaborate with cross-functional teams

Required Skills:
Proficiency in Server Operating Systems (x86)
Strong experience with Windows Server Administration
AWS Administration expertise
Fluent in Japanese (document modification and communication)
Experience with GitHub, Terraform/Ansible
Familiar with AWS, Azure, GCP services
Hands-on with Windows Server 2019/2022, RHEL8, Amazon Linux 2023

Additional Info:
Minimum 2 years of experience in server OS
Bachelor's degree or relevant experience in IT Operations
Full-time role based in Cebu
