Job DescriptionSystem Analysis
DescriptionAnalyze existing processes within the Civil Registration and Vital Statistics (CRVS) system;Eliciting business requirements, and designing solutions that meet stakeholder needs;Acting as a liaison between stakeholders and technical teams;Facilitate communication, manage stakeholder expectations, and ensure the quality of the developed solutions through testing activities;Assist in training users;Identify opportunities for process improvement to ensure that eCRVS aligns with the evolving needs of its users;Contribute to the modernization and efficiency of the eCRVS system;Perform other tasks as may be assigned by the supervisor.RequirementsPreferably Master's degreeOR Certificate of Leadership and Management from the CSC(Preferably any course related to the field of Information Technology, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Computer Programming, Electronics Communication Engineering, Entertainment and Multimedia Computing, Information Management or Management Information System and Business Systems and Technology Management) - With at least 4 years of supervisory/management experienceWith at least 40 hours of supervisory/management learning and development intervention undertakenPreferably Electronic Data, Processing Specialist, Eligibility or Career Service Professional/ Second Level Eligibility
