Information Security Officer

As an Information Security Officer, you will play a crucial role in safeguarding our organization's sensitive data and systems.
Responsibilities: Develop, implement, and maintain comprehensive information security policies, standards, and procedures.Conduct risk assessments and vulnerability scans to identify potential threats and vulnerabilities.Implement and manage security controls to protect the organization's information assets.Respond to and investigate security incidents, including data breaches and cyberattacks.Educate and train employees on security best practices and awareness.Stay updated on the latest security threats and trends.Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) or other relevant certifications will be an added advantage.Proven experience in information security, including risk management, incident response, and compliance.Strong understanding of security frameworks and standards (e.g., ISO 27001, NIST Cybersecurity Framework).Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
