Influencer Marketing Support

Responsibilities:

· Identify influencers and manage influencer outreach, negotiation, and tracking.

· Analyze creators based on their past performance and make recommendations based on

best fit for clients.

· Collaborate with internal teams, including creative, analytics, and operations, to ensure

seamless execution of campaigns

· Join client calls and occasionally lead client-facing communication.

· Manage campaign timelines, budgets, and deliverables, ensuring that all objectives are met,

and deadlines are adhered to.

· Conduct regular performance analyses and provide detailed reports to clients, highlighting

campaign successes and areas for improvement.

· Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging platforms, and influencer marketing best

practices to continuously improve campaign strategies and performance

Requirements (Not all aspects are applicable):

· Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field

· Minimum of 3 years of experience in account management, influencer marketing, or digital

marketing

· Proven track record of managing successful influencer marketing campaigns, with a focus on

performance and ROI.

· Exceptional communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills

· Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a data-driven approach to

decision-making.

· Knowledge of social media platforms, influencer landscape, and industry trends

· Highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and adapt to

changing priorities.

· A team player, with a positive attitude and a passion for influencer marketing
