Industrial Engineer With Bsp/Banking Knowledge

Job Title: Technical Officer to the President QUALIFICATIONS College degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration or Management or any related course. With at least 2 years of experience in Executive Assistant, Technical Writing, Systems and Organizational Analysis and Design and/or Documentation. With banking experience is preferred. Willing to work in San Pedro Laguna. Willing to work ASAP. JOB OBJECTIVE Under the general direction, responsible in assisting the Office of the President in the day-to-day operations; reviewing the amended and created policies and procedures, memorandum, and other documents submitted din the Office of the President and discuss such to the President; and responsible in the creation of reports and other materials related to the department.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Monitors new regulatory issuances such as Circulars and Memorandum issued by the Bangko Sentral ng Pilipinas and other regulatory bodies and discuss such to the President. Determine and analyse the existing workflow through observing the methods and procedures in action, consulting other departments and studying the data and work studies. Prepares letters, memorandum and other correspondences in behalf of the President. Drafts the policies and ensures alignment to company vision, statutory and regulatory requirements. Reviews, analyses and evaluates current internal processes by initiating business efficiency studies such as work flow analysis, root cause analysis and the likes. Revisiting existing policies, procedures and work instructions and identifies areas that can be improved. Ensures work is completed on time and meets quality standards. Establish and maintain effective communication channels among leaders of each department. Actively participates in project status meetings, providing updates on project progress, identifying issues and recommendation solutions; and collaborates with relevant departments in implementing projects of the company. Ensure project documentation is completed accurately and timely. Perform other duties as assigned by President. Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php28,000.00 - Php30,000.00 per month
