Key Responsibilities:

Workflow Analysis and Improvement:
Observe and study current workflows to identify inefficiencies.
Recommend and test changes for improved efficiency and acceleration.

Gather time and motion data.
Conduct detailed task observations.

Collaboration:
Work with Documentation Specialists and Operations Analysts to design and implement optimized workflows.
Collaborate with BP Managers, HR, and ICT teams to integrate business technology with process changes.

Implementation and Testing:
Ensure that process changes are technically feasible and aligned with business goals.
Coordinate workflow adjustments with relevant stakeholders.
5.
Insight and Streamlining:
Provide recommendations for process streamlining.
Ensure compliance with industry regulations and quality standards.
Qualifications and Skills:
Educational Background:
Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering

Technical Proficiency:
Proficient in data analysis and statistical methods.
Ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications.
