Industrial Engineer Analyst

Responsible for analyzing, developing, and optimizing production processes and operational systems to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance productivity. You will leverage data analysis and industrial engineering principles to identify areas for improvement, streamline workflows, and implement best practices. This role requires a strong analytical mindset, problem-solving skills, and the ability to work collaboratively across departments.


What we're looking for

Degree in Industrial Engineering or a related field
Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a process improvement role and logistics role
Proficient in data analysis, process mapping, and project management techniques
Excellent problem-solving, critical thinking, and decision-making skills
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams
Familiarity with lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, or other process improvement methodologies
