Key Responsibilities: 1. Installation and Maintenance:
Install, repair, and maintain electrical systems, machinery, and equipment used in industrial environments.
Install wiring, control systems, and circuit breakers for new equipment and machinery.
Troubleshooting and Diagnostics:
Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical problems in industrial systems using testing devices such as ohmmeters, voltmeters, and oscilloscopes.
Repair or replace faulty wiring, components, or systems to ensure optimal functionality.
2. Safety Compliance:
Follow all safety protocols and industry standards, including lockout/tagout procedures and electrical safety guidelines.
Ensure compliance with local and national electrical codes and regulations.
3. Preventive Maintenance:
Perform scheduled inspections and preventive maintenance on electrical systems to avoid breakdowns.
Maintain records of electrical maintenance activities and repairs for future reference.
4. Emergency Repairs:
Respond quickly to emergency breakdowns or electrical issues to minimize downtime and disruption in production processes.
5.Documentation and Reporting:
Keep accurate logs and reports of all maintenance and repair activities.
Read and interpret blueprints, technical diagrams, and electrical plans.
Skills and Qualifications:
1. Proficiency in electrical systems, circuit diagrams, and industrial electrical components.
Familiarity with industrial automation systems, including PLCs (Programmable Logic Controllers).

Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills to identify and resolve electrical issues quickly.
3. Attention to Detail:
Precision in handling electrical wiring and circuits to avoid errors and ensure safety.
4.Physical Stamina:
Ability to work in physically demanding environments, including lifting, climbing, and working in confined spaces.
Education and Certification:
High school diploma or equivalent.
