Indirect Tax Manager - Recovery (Fixed Day Shift

**Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Evaluation of indirect tax governance frameworks and controls
- End to end testing of design and operating effectiveness of controls and report preparation
- Supporting clients with measures to improve indirect tax control frameworks
- Assist with Indirect Tax projects
- Assist in the identification, validation and confirmation of indirect tax recoveries
- Present findings to clients
- Liaise with clients to help expedite data preparation and collation
- Review and reconcile client data to source and tax reported to the ATO
- Key point of contact for BTG's data team and help identify and realise data-driven operational efficiencies.
- Perform other duties as required.
**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Accounting and/or Finance
- CPA/CA qualification
- 7+ years' experience in tax, audit or tax governance with a Chartered/CPA firm or MNE; International experience is strongly preferred
