In this role, you will play a vital role inefficiently managing incoming communications and ensuring seamlessinteractions with our clients and prospects.Beyond your experience, we are also looking for someone who isprofessional and possesses impeccable English language communication skillsin both written and verbal.This role is 100% work from home.In This Role, You WillEmail Management: Manage incoming emails on behalf of client emailcampaigns, including categorization, logging responses, and crafting highquality replies. Prioritize and respond to emails promptly, ensuring a highlevel of professionalism and accuracy in all correspondence.Lead Qualification: Collaborate with the sales team to qualify leadsbased on predefined criteria. Evaluate incoming leads through emailinteractions, extracting key information, and identifying potentialprospects for further engagement.Client Communication: Engage in clear and concise communication withexisting and potential clients via email, answering queries, and providinginformation. Maintain a positive and professional tone in allinteractions.Inbox Organization: Maintain a system for efficiently organizing andcategorizing emails to ensure easy retrieval of information. Implementappropriate filters, labels, and folders to streamline workflows andenhance team productivity.CRM Utilization: Utilize our customer relationship management (CRM)software to log and track email communications, ensuring accurate andup-to-date records.Team Collaboration: Collaborate with various team members to sharerelevant information and ensure consistent and unified messaging acrossdifferent channels. Work closely with team members to address client needsand enhance overall customer experience.Continuous Improvement: Stay updated on industry trends, bestpractices, and emerging technologies related to inbox management and leadgeneration. Proactively identify areas for improvement and recommendprocess enhancements to optimize email workflows and increase efficiency.Daily TasksReview and work on all task assignments ensuring:Proactive communication to upper management on projects with deadlinesthat need adjustmentReal Time status updatesAppropriate and on time delivery of associated deliverablesCheck email inboxes for replies and/or appointments on assigned clientaccountsSchedule all appointments that can be made and send all associatedsummaries of interaction to client point of contactSend Follow up messagesEnsure accurate logging of repliesUnsubscribe all booked leads from the relevant campaignsManage email inboxes for assigned client accounts ensuring all emailsare:Dispositioned/tagged appropriatelyUnsubscribed when necessaryFollowed Up with appropriatelyDropped in to subsequences as necessaryEnsure accurate time trackingTime block all tasks in Google calendar and plan aheadAbout YouCore qualifications:3+ years of Email Management, SDR, or Lead Generation ExperienceAbility to multitask and prioritize effectively, managing a high volumeof emails with varying levels of urgency.Strong organizational skillsStrong attention to detailStrong time and task management skillsStrong change management skills, flexibility, and adaptabilityStrong problem solving skills with the ability to identify and solveproblems efficiently and effectivelyStrong technical skills and fluency with spreadsheets (Excel, GSheets), Google Workspace, and some data interpretation.Familiarity in using email and CRM platformsExcellent written and verbal communication skills and a strong grasp ofgrammar and spellingTeam player with excellent interpersonal skills, capable ofcollaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.Familiarity with lead generation processes and an understanding ofmarketing and sales principles will be advantageousTechnical Requirements (Device)Laptop/Computer (at least 8GB RAM)Headset (preferable noise canceling microphone)Fast/Stable Internet Connection (At least 10 mbps)Shift and Schedule: 8:00 AM – 5 PM EST Show more Show lessTagged as: remote, remote job, virtual, Virtual Job,virtual position, Work at Home, work from home When applying state you found this job on Pangian.com Remote Network. #J-18808-Ljbffr
