Responsibilities Buildand maintain strong relationships with prospective clients throughsales activities such as coldcalling emails andpresentations. Make inbound/outbound salescalls to potential and existing customers with the goal of sellingproducts and services Build and maintainrelationships with customers providing them with information aboutnew products and services and addressing any concerns they mayhave Meet or exceed monthly sales targets setby management Keep accurate records of allcustomer interactions in our CRM system Handlecustomer questions and objections in a professional and courteousmanner Follow up with customers after eachcall to ensure their needs are being met Stayuptodate on all product and service changesAttend weekly sales meetings and trainingsessions Report any issues or concerns to yourmanager in a timely manner Assist other teammembers with their sales calls when neededHelp develop and implement new salesstrategies Provide feedback to management onways we can improve our products services and processes
