About the Role We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Remote Inbound Sales Team Lead to oversee and manage our inbound sales team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to drive team performance in a remote environment.
What you'll do Team Management: Lead, motivate, and support a team of remote inbound sales representatives. Monitor team performance, providing regular feedback and coaching. Must add Help design SOP and implement and enforce them Conduct regular team meetings and one-on-one sessions to discuss performance, goals, and professional development. Develop and implement strategies to improve team productivity and sales performance. Customer Relationship Management: Oversee the handling of inbound sales inquiries, ensuring high levels of leads satisfaction, monitor response time and optimize conversion Resolve escalated customer issues and complaints promptly and professionally. Reporting and Analysis: Prepare and present regular sales reports to senior management. Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure team success. Use data-driven insights to make informed decisions and optimize sales processes. Training and Development: Identify training needs and organize relevant training sessions for the team. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to ensure the team remains knowledgeable and competitive. Foster a culture of continuous learning and improvement within the team. What you Bring Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales, with at least 2 year in a leadership role. Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. Knowledge of the Singapore real estate industry relevant to the company's products/services. Experience in a remote work environment. Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Proficiency in CRM software and other sales tools. Ability to work independently and manage a remote team effectively. High level of organizational and time management skills Job Type: Full-time
