Inbound Retention Specialist

At least 1 year of BPO (voice) experience
HS Diploma/College level
Not more than 6 months of being unemployed.
Excellent communication skills.
Can demonstrate empathy, listening skills, and speaking skills.
Good problem-solving skills.
Work from Home until end of May 2024
Onsite work by June 2024, office is in Greenhills, San Juan
Must have own WFH equipment with stable internet connection
