In-house Recruitment Specialist

Work Set-up: On-site

Schedule: 8:00 am to 5 pm EST (during the first month 10:00 am to 5:00 pm EST)

Work Location: Cebu



Responsibilities: Lead end-to-end recruitment processes for call center positions at Redefined Growth Marketing (RGM), including sourcing, screening, and interviewing (final hiring decisions will be made by Call Center Management).Collaborate with Managers and the Call Center Director at RGM to understand staffing needs and ensure timely fulfillment of vacancies.Utilize various recruitment channels, both traditional and digital, to attract qualified candidates.Conduct initial interviews and assessments to identify suitable candidates.Manage day-to-day HR activities at RGM, including onboarding, employee relations, and performance management.Ensure compliance with local labor laws and company policies at RGM.Handle employee queries and concerns promptly and effectively.Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records.Collaborate with team leads to implement training programs that enhance employee skills and performance.Implement initiatives to boost employee morale and satisfaction.Organize team-building activities and events to foster a positive work environment. Requirements: Any degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is a plus!At least 2+ years of experience in HR and/or Recruitment roles within a BPO/Call Center environment.Strong communication skills in English, both written and verbal.Knowledge of Philippine labor laws and HR best practices.Experience in end-to-end recruitment processes.Familiarity with HRIS and other HR-related software.Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work collaboratively.
