In-House Lawyer (Land And Real Estate Experience)

We need lawyers with interest, experience, and expertise mainly in real estate and land acquisitions in the province.
- Should have a pleasant personality and good communication skills in dealing with administration and government entities.
- Willing to be based in Makati with occasional travel in provinces.
**Job description**:

- In-house Counsel for a well-established corporation which would entail the managing of day-to-day legal concerns including but not limited to reviewing and drafting of contracts, agreements, memoranda, and the like.
- He/She will also monitor compliance of various permits from government offices, and respond to legal queries from different departments mainly perfect our properties acquisition
- Experience in land and realty transactions is a major plus

**Salary**: Php40,000.00 - Php70,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift

- Makati City: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
