Import Staff

**Job Responsibility**
- Check incoming shipment draft documents
- Check all documents for Air and Sea Freight
- Request and prepare all documents needed for sea and air like authorization, guarantee, container, insurance, etc.
- Monitor shipment billing from forwarder and shipping lines
- Monitor status of shipment and update clients
- Upload and monitor import entry to portal NAIA/MICP/POM
- Request and monitor payment of duties and taxes to client
- Monitor Web tract at shipping line through online
- Monitor and address Bureau of Customs' official assessment and concerned
- Monitor refund schedule for container deposit refund per shipping lines
- Preparing advances for port charges -ADR

**Qualifications**:

- Must be a graduate of B.S in Customs Administration
- Analytical and keen to details
- Can do online transactions using different kind of portals
- Working knowledge on customs documentation, procedures and operatios
- Can work under pressure and willing to extend some hours
- Willing to work in Imus, Cavite

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- Overtime

Supplemental pay types:

- 13th month salary
- Yearly bonus
