Import Officer

Liaising with the Warehouse, Sales and other relevant departments to determine items to order;
- Request for Proforma Invoices from Overseas Suppliers;
- Processing of Overseas Purchase Orders;
- Placing/Communicating of orders with suppliers from overseas;
- Expediting/routing follow up on the status of goods to ensure that suppliers meet delivery deadlines;
- Monitoring/tracking of incoming shipments and communicate to concern department/parties;
- Liaising with clearing agents/forwarders and brokers on cargo clearance with Customs;
- Expediting inspection of goods received
- Ensuring complete and keeping of records of all import documents;
- Preparation of export documents when requested by clients;
- Review cost and billings of Customs, shipping companies, brokers and forwarders;
- Ensure that all import and export items/products of the company has proper licenses and certification from concern government agencies e.g.
FDA and CPR and import permit;
- Any other duty that may be assigned by the Immediate Head.
- Must be willing to work in Malabon City

**Salary**: Php18,000.00 - Php25,000.00 per month
