The **Import Manager** enables us to bring in imported raw materials, packaging and non-trade materials in the most cost/time efficient way (and with integrity).
**RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Consolidation and facilitation of Importation of company's materials from the US, Europe, Taiwan and elsewhere.
- Sourcing of cost-effective service providers.
- Logistics cost improvements.
- Working with customs with integrity - since day one (for 14 years) we have never paid lagay.
- Processing, monitoring and completing all import documents.
**QUALIFICATIONS**:

- With at least 5 years experience as senior/lead person in importation
- Ideally gained in the cosmetic/personal care industry or related, such as pharma, food etc.
- Formal training in logistics (Import/Export is a must).
- Familiarity with import requirements for natural ingredients/oils is a plus
- Very good English and communication skills as you will be liaising directly with foreign suppliers/logistics companies
- Willing to work onsite with some work from home at either our **Sta.
Rosa, Laguna office** or our **Quezon City office.
