Import/Export Staff

Monitor shipments movement and ensure complete documentation
- Reviews paperwork and documents to ensure shipping, handling, storage charges, and customs fees are billed correctly.
- Prepare complete set of document for customs processing
- Compute duties and taxes and send to client for their approval
- Monitor and record shipment status from its processing period up to delivery to the client.
Job Requirement:

- Bachelor's degree in Custom Administration or Business Management or any related course
- At least 1 year of related experience
- Basic understanding for custom clearing, insurance claims processing and tax & duties computation
- Must be knowledgeable in shipping, receiving, and record-keeping for international transactions.
- Attention to details and accuracy, goal and profit-oriented, expresses confidence and able to multi-task.
- Versatile, reliable and can accomplish tasks in a timely manner
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Willing to work in Meycauayan City, Bulacan

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Meycauayan, Bulacan: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
