Implementation Specialist

Job description

Assists external clients in the implementation of the software product, hardware or solutions.
Initiates the implementation process as quickly as possible for the new clients.
Assess client needs, talk with the client to get the detailed picture of what they want and needs.
Defines and executes on delivery and implementation plans.
Tests and troubleshoots final system setups.
Demonstrate the system and its features to the client
Provides in-depth product training and end-user support during and after the implementation process.
May be involved in pre-sales product demonstrations or provide assistance in scoping projects or developing proposals.
Typically reports to a manager.
Works on projects/matters of limited complexity in a support role. Work is closely managed


SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS

Must be a BSIT Graduate or any related course
Knowledge of Healthcare Information systems is a plus
Excellent customer service, Technical knowledge and multitasking skills
Basic Accounting Knowledge
