Implementation Specialist-Hybrid Set Up

Job Description:

Assists Implementation of new accounts across multiple waves managing both client and CBP staff through successful transitions.
Manage the documentation of SOPs, training materials, and other references.
Assisting operations with process issues that requires alignment with the client and internally with the staffs.
Working with Implementation Manager supporting the Implementation project plans to transition business processes offshore.
Communicates with Client for any updates about the transition.
Ensure proper coordination and delegation of tasks of the Implementation team.

Qualifications:

Must have a Bachelor's Degree with a least 2 years of working experience in the related field.
Exposure in the freight-forwarding/logistics industry is an advantage.
Proficiency in the use of freight forwarding tools or database systems such as Cargowise, Expedient and others.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills and demonstrated good problem solving, research and analytical skills to identify issues and provide solutions

To work in hybrid set up
Must be residing in Metro Manila and other nearby areas.
HMO and Life insurance coverage on the first day of work
Amenable to work in night shift.
Company to provide internet allowance and PC
