Position Overview
Implementation Analyst are adaptable, eager and efficient problem solvers, and able to lead cross-organization initiatives.
Great communication skills are a must as you represent ISS to all levels of client management.
As a member of the Implementation team, you will be responsible for setting up new ISS and client users with access to ISS platforms, and ensuring all deliverables within client contracts are delivered and/or completed in a timely fashion.
Members of the Implementation Team work closely with teams across the ISS organization, and serve as project managers for various initiatives.
Performance is based on a combination of factors including client communication, operational efficiency, and facilitating a pleasant onboarding experience for new users.
The Implementation Analyst partners with the Sales to bring operational, industry, and product expertise to clients, to effectively manage the client experience.
This includes serving as the clients' primary contact within ISS during the onboarding phase of the relationship, offering support and expertise on corporate governance and proxy voting solutions, and liaising with ISS Operations personnel to address client needs.
**Responsibilities**:
- Own, Coordinate and oversee implementation and entitlements of ISS products/services for new clients
- Own and manage client inquiry and issue resolution process
- Plan and modify governance, E&S, and data solutions to meet customer needs
- Work closely with sales, account management and other internal teams to develop product specifications, define project scope and prioritize workflow
- Create and refine implementation training materials
- Manage cancellation process for terminating contracts
- Process access requests to ISS online platforms for internal staff
Desired Experience and Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business or related field
- 2 years' experience in a client service or operations position, ideally in financial services industry
- Demonstrated Project Management skills - defining of scope, resources and timelines, and managing to multiple deliverables
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Excellent organizational and administrative skills
- Team player and an excellent relationship builder between both internal and external parties
- Demonstrated analytical skills with strong attention to detail
- Innovative, motivated, client-oriented, and commercially aware thinker
- Absolute personal and business integrity
