Job Description Responsible in shipment, billing and section documentation control
Verifies the accuracy of shipping documents, invoice, packing list and required government requirements before shipment
In-charge in receiving , verifying and processing of billings from service providers
Ensure that all documents are updated and registered
Qualifications Requirement Graduate of any four (4) year Business course
Computer Literate and must be knowledgeable with MS office
Good written and oral Communication skill, Japanese skills is a plus
At least 1 year work experience in sales and marketing preferably in Trading industries
Basic Knowledge in chemicals and chemicals handling is an advantage
Preferably with experience in processing with government agencies such as DENR,PNP,PDEA, DDB,DTI, BOC and PEZA
Knowledge in ISO/QS is an advantage
English Level Business
