Immediate Response Officer

Details of the offer

Responsibilities: Serve as the primary point of contact for client concerns and promptly address their issues.Develop relationships with key client personnel.Create tailored plans to meet client's business requirements.Act as a liaison for client concerns resolution and escalate issues as needed.Support the sales team in promoting additional services or products to clients.Ensure compliance with contract terms by both the company and clients.Collaborate with different teams to meet client needs effectively. Requirements: Strong verbal and written communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work collaboratively across various teams.Highly organized and methodical to structure tasks and processes efficiently
General Requirements
Good command of the English languageMust be 18 years of age and aboveA headset with a noise-canceling feature and a high-definition webcam
Device Specification
Intel core i3 (6th to 12th gen), i5, i7 or AMD equivalent is highly requiredWindows or Mac is acceptableAt least 8GB of RAM with 60 GB of free hard disk space available
